网上商城客户服务模块设计
摘要：本模块主要是针对电子商务网站客户服务模块。主要三个功能：会员注册，留言板，投票系统。该系统可以完成对会员资料管理，可以对客户留言进行修改或删除，可以对投票系统中的项目进行修改。
系统采用Microsoft Office中的Access 2000来设计数据库，并使用当前优秀的开发工具Dreaweaver，它有着最为灵活的数据库结构，对数据库应用有着良好的支持。

Abstract：This module is mainly directed against the customer service module of e-commerce website. Main three functions: Member registration, message board, vote system. This system can be finished managing to member's materials, can leave a message to revise or delete to the customer , can revise the project in the vote system .
The system uses in Microsoft Office Access 2,000 to design the database,and Uses current outstanding development kit Dreaweaver, It has the most nimble database structure, has the good support to the database application.
